If you are not quite at this stage, consider our <a href=\"https:\/\/coveclimbing.co.uk\/index.php\/trad-climbing-fundamentals\/\" title=\"\">Learn Trad Climbing Fundamentals course<\/a> or combine them for a comprehensive experience.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>This course can have up to two participants.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Under 18s are welcome, but must be accompanied by a parent throughout. It\u2019s great to get experience using your own!<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Helmet*<\/strong> \u2013 If you have your own, bring it along<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Clothing <\/strong>\u2013 Lots of warm layers to climb in and spares to keep warm whilst belaying.
