We currently collect and process the following information (When provided on a contact form):

⦁ Information about the course you are enquiring about or booking. Such as information on your experience and what you would like to be covered course
How we get the personal information and why we have it
Most of the personal information we process is provided to us directly by you for one of the following reasons:
⦁ You completed a contact form or emailed Cove Climbing
We use the information that you have given us in order to make contact with you, create a booking and course.
Under the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR), the lawful bases we rely on for processing this information are:
(a) Your consent. You are able to remove your consent at any time. You can do this by contacting Liam@coveclimbing.co.uk
(f) We have a legitimate interest.
How we store your personal information
Your information is securely stored. We keep Name, Email address, phone number for 2 years. We will then dispose your information by erasing all information and contact, such as emails.
Information sent to third parties
Anonymised data about your usage of the website is sent to Monster Insights and Google Analytics. Such as site pages visited.
